Raili Taylor-Owner/Ski Mountaineer/Climber

Based in Salt Lake City, UT, Raili has plenty of great skiing and climbing opportunities. With over 80 backcountry ski days last winter you won't find her at the resort often. She has climbed and skied peaks in the Canadian Rockies, the Cascades (most recently Mt. Rainier), Chile, Argentina, and of course her home range - the Wasatch. "I created Iced Sports Drinks because I couldn't find a sports drink that I really liked. Most of the drinks currently on the market are either too sweet, taste chalky, or chemically, have ingredients added that I don't want (artifical colors, flavors, a million vitamins, herbs etc), or are just "sugar water." I use sports drinks all the time so I felt it was important to have one that I really like- because staying hydrated is challenging enough. I obtained input from several sports nutritionists and beverage experts to create a drink that would meet my needs. The current recipe is the product of hundreds of iterations to get the taste and carbohydrate ratios just right. Of course the recipe is still evolving- based on feedback and current science- being a small company changes are easy to make quickly and effectively. My goal is for this drink to become not only my favorite- but yours as well!!"

Kevin Pusey-Ski Mountaineer/Climber/Guide

Kevin currently lives in Jackson, WY where he spends his winters working for the Jackson Hole Ski Patrol as their Mountaineering Specialist. In the summer he guides for Exum and most recently guided for RMI on Rainier. He has many ski descents in Canada, Alaska, the Canadian Rockies, and the Tetons. He has a ski descent of the Grand Teton and also Mt. Rainier. He has also worked as a Heli-ski guide in Valdez, Alaska and as a mountaineering instructor for NOLS. He has done many alpine climbs, rock climbs and sport routes through out North America. He has done first ascents in Patagonia, including a 75 day Northern Ice Cap Expedition. He has ascents of Mt. Cook and Mt. Aspiring in New Zealand, ascents and treks in Alaska's Chugash range, and in Little Switzerland, the Ramparts, and Mount Hayes region of the Alaska Range. Ascents of the Canadian Route on Denali's Wickersham Wall, and on the West Buttress. He is also a backcountry gourmet chef! Kevin's Chef Page - Le Peak's Pantry!

Raphael Blesi-Climber/Mountain Biker/Sports Nutritionist

Raphael has climbed all over the US, Canada and Europe. His favorite place to climb is Switzerland, his native country, where he bouldered up to V12 and climbed many of the Alps highest Peaks. Lately he has taken up single-speed mountain and road biking. In the winter you won't find him at the resort- he absolutely refuses to ski/snowboard at resorts and is 99.9% backcountry. He is currently working on his masters degree in Sports Nutrition and has been a constant source of advice and information relating to sports nutrition and sports drinks.
